Great look, Mediocre Quality

I do not distinctively post reviews, but realized for the duration of my researching of this product that no internet sites had any reviews on it. Here goes…hope this helps an individual else.

Took a probability and purchased this unit to house a 42″ plasma TV (60+ lbs) in my bedroom corner & did not want a stand w/ too much wood that would compete w/ my cherry-ish wood furniture, yet would still match close enough. I likewise necessitated something that was tall in height, as my bed is tall. After MUCH research, this was fundamentally the only stand that fit the height criteria & only had slight wood in front w/ the look of drifting glass shelves.

The aspect is GREAT! Color matched very well to my furniture (fairly true color match to what you see online) and TV looks great in corner. Glass shelves likewise add a outstanding look without being too modern.

The issue I have is quality. For something that costs in the $200+ range, I suppose good quality.
1) I had to interchange my initial shipment because the wood legs were a bit damaged in front. 2) I received my 2nd interchange shipment days later (Thx, Amazon!!) but even with this, the newer wood legs came just more or less damaged/not sanded on 2 corners. I decisive to live w/ the slight harm as it’s concealed sufficient and I REALLY wanted this stand to work for me. Also, the little middle shelf mirror had a heap of lines etched into it that can’t come out (was NOT dirt – unquestionably inside glass). Luckily, I still had the 1st package at home and swopped out the middle shelf mirror from that package and it was great. Had this not been the case, I think I would’ve given up on the entire system – even though it veritably looks great! Also, the unit is more or less rocky w/ my heavy TV on it, altho it supposedly could withstand double that TV weight. I suspect that any stand would rock w/ a heavy TV but I won’t be rocking it so ought to be stable & just fine!

Also, set up took when it comes to 1-1.5 hours. Not too bad at all, but just requires forbearance & inspecting each piece you get.

To sum it up…unit looks great and you might take a probability w/ what quality elements you get in your shipment, but it must all work out with galore longanimity and Amazon’s outstanding policies!
