Mixed thoughts…
By George R. Beinhorn
One of the threads for the tightening knobs was slanted. Not sure if this was the caused, but the stand would not hold my 22″ ViewSonic monitor upright in portrait mode. Also, buyers must distinctly comprehend that you can not swivel the monitor with this mount – in order to switch among portrait and landscape mode, you will have to remove the bracket mounting plate from the back of the monitor and reinstall it in the other mode; other than as supposed or expected the hooks that attach the monitor to the bracket wouldn’t work (they slide into the bracket vertically.

Cant beat the price
By doms
You can not beat the price when comparing this to other desk mounted brackets. Its sets up very easily. The only issue I have with it, is if you are looking at the monitor from the side, and the bracket is not directly behind the monitor, it leans somewhat to one side. They provide a little level with the monitor. It is only in regards to 1/8″ off, very hard to notice, but I have a keen eye for detail. After a bit of fussing and tweaking I got it perfect. They could have made an adjustment knob for this to, that’s my only complaint. You will get that adjustment on brackets that cost 4 times as much. For me, I love the price and it works great. A fantastic buy! I would not spend more, this one is great

poor construction, only turns left and right. No vertical tilt
By lemonhedo
This item does it is occupation when it comes to extension and horizontal rotation, but on the vertical swivel, it fails miserably. The construction is sturdy, but the connector to the monitor relies on two plastic fused to metal screw to control the torque. Which means, when the screw goes bye bye, your monitor no longer stays up rather it faces down. Not recommended!!
