Sharp Lcd Tv Stand

On Tuesday Sharp declared thru the Dow Jones that it expects somewhat higher sales of LCD TV units for the current fiscal year than it expected. Sharp initially target 15 million units for this amount of time notwithstanding they are now expecting this figure to be exceeded. They have put this rise in sales down to the fact that they have been operating with a government subsidy program which has supported domestic demand.

This is splendid news for the company, the industry and the economy. They have likewise declared that they suppose a further 10% rise in sales of LCD TV units in the next fiscal year. They are due to see the end of the domestic government subsidy in March which will see a drop in domestic sales but they still predict good growth in external markets.

This shows that Sharp is growing it is presence in the market and that there is strong demand for new products. A spokesperson for the company said “we will acutely seek growth in China and other overseas markets, this will more than make up for any decline in domestic sales”. These words are very convinced that their product will grow as expected next year. If companies like Sharp are predicting strong growth this will have to show good signs for economic growth.

Whilst the company is without doubt or question targeting the Chinese market as the world is so tight knit in 2011 any growth in the Eastern markets will surely fetch successfulness to the West. This also shows that Sharp is making a demand product for the LCD TV market. This is magnificent news for the consumer, having a larger choice of top models will fetch further competition. Where there is fierce contest there is the competitory pressure to reduce cost. The reduction of cost vastly gains the buyer as each brands fights for market share.

Good, Less Expensive Mount

We have installed (2) of these mounts. (1) on a 26″ LCD and (1) on a 32″ LCD. Both installations were easy, with the product meeting expectations. The second mount we installed was missing a couple of minor constituents so I sent a quick e-mail to Cheetah mounts. An hour later, I had the 2nd day air tracking number for the remaining parts. While it was discouraging and hindering to be missing the parts, I was astonished by the quick response.

Good Mount

I like this mount. It is strong and holds a 30″ TV no problem. The extension is very nice and the tilt helps with the glare from the dome light in the ceiling. It may turn all the way to the side and lets the TV face the kitchen counter. Our TV used the inside holes which are VESA 100 but it has wider holes as well so we could use it for a more spectacular TV in the future. A torpedo shaped level comes with it which is now a nice addition to the tool drawer. Basically genuinely liked it. The only issue is the TV being level. The TV tilts just more or less to the right. Enough to bother me. Only irritation on an other than as supposed or expected good product.
Update: I called Cheetah in regards to the TV not being level. It turns out the screw behind the TV which controls the tilt Also allows the TV to twist a little. Now our TV is level!

Excellent Mount

We just mounted a 26″ LCD and this mount worked perfectly. Well constructed and super easy to install. Before purchasing I called the company to verify the TV would work with this mount, I was only on hold for a few seconds before speaking with a rep who was more than helpful. I highly recommend, particularly at this sale price.
