From the manufacturer Strange, but unfeigned – not each desk is designed with a computer in mind. I recognise it’s hard to believe in this day and age, but whatever. And what when it comes to those of you using a countertop or table as a computer desk? Sure the computer will fit – the monitor goes behind the keyboard, the CPU goes … well, the CPU goes wherever the wires allow. You may just pull up a folding chair and commence clicking away. But that doesn’t sound very appealing, does it? No ergonomics there.

The Metal Art Corner Stand helps your computer fit into your life. Both in function and in form. Forged from steel, it provides a sturdy shelf for your monitor. And there’s space under for paper, a dictionary or old copies of Doom and SimCity. Its compact base makes it perfective for flat panel monitors and it is triangular shape lets you take vantage of corners and odd work spaces.

The simple curved design and powder-coated finish aren’t meant to match your computer. They aid formulate a remainder amongst the comfortable feel of your home or office and the technical comfortableness of your computer. In a nutshell, the Metal Art Corner Stand gives your monitor a lift, gives rise to galore more space in your life and looks good doing it.

5I like this monitor stand
By Happy Homemaker
I genuinely purchased this stand for a 26″ high definition TV that is in a spare bedroom. Mounting the TV in the corner rather of on a wall not only saved a lot of time and trouble, it was the best place for viewing. It is the only corner stand I could find. I like the contemporary look which goes nicely with the TV and the satellite box and DVR player fit perfectly beneath the TV. It is incisively what I necessitated and the price was great.

5Works well

I’m using this as a monitor stand for a 28 inch monitor. It has no issues with stability and looks fine. Especially for the price. Most other stands are plastic.

4Matches my Mac!
By E. Hollen
When I purchased my Mac Pro in 2008, I soon came to realize how much of a workspace my desk would become. Low on space, I decisive to go in front and buy a monitor stand (I purchased this one because it matches the computer and the desk).

It presently is supporting my 22″ Gateway HD2200 monitor, and stands approximately five to six inches off of the surface. It’s astoundingly rigid and stable. My only complaint, however, is that the legs are somewhat crooked (they sort of pinch inward), and the feet on the bottom of the legs aren’t secured all the way, and hang off a bit (this is why it’s only 4 stars, unfortunately).

To give you a feel of what I’ve put on the space underneath, it’s presently housing the modem, the router, a huge stack of DVD cases, a big stack of DVDs (A BIG STACK), a lot of dental floss, a bottle of silicone oil, and a blank DVD stack, and still room to go. Outstanding!

Overall, it looks fantastic and does a great occupation supporting even huge 22″ LCD monitors. I commend this to any person with a cluttered computer workspace. :-)
