During this step, I found the holes on the board to be drilled out of alignment with the hinges that needed to be attached. This meant making my own holes. Since I didn’t have a drill, I decided to call their customer support. The first person I spoke with didn’t try to help me. After explaining that the holes were out of alignment, he tried to talk me through assembly. This royally pissed me off. After speaking with a 2nd person, she said she’d send me 1 replacement part, but it would take 2 weeks to ship it. So, I decided to box it back up and send it back to Amazon as defective.
