4mediocre fit & finish
By C. Stephens
Pros:
- Reasonable price (for this type of furniture)
- Open spaces for your electronics (lets heat dissipate), rather than enclosed
- Drawer may be left out to construct 3rd open shelf and still looks “finished”
- Not overly complex to assemble (i.e. not a in particular huge amount of hardware for furniture this size)
- Holes pre-drilled in the back of the drawer in case you want to keep a game console there
- Mostly wood construction, only flimsy pieces are back panel and drawer bottom (typical)
- service and technical assistance in US (Dallas Texas), numbers distinctly printed in directions

Cons:
- Couple of minor dings (OK, I may touch the little ones up with a black marker)
- A rather big ding on prominent top piece, I am contacting SEI to obtain alternate piece (will update with results)
- Instructions leave a bit to be desired, not all my pieces were labeled (but a heap of were), a heap of pieces are easy to reverse
- My constituents bag was torn open, constituents scattered in the box (but all there)
- Fit of doors is hit-or-miss, not always ‘square’ in the openings, you may mitigate this a lot of by lifting on one side or the other (the unit will flex slightly)
- The dowels that aid the shelves in the cabinets are not level with each other, as a result one shelf is not stable and will “rock” slightly. For me this is only one one side, and only in one of the 3 possible height positions (the middle one – which is actually where I want the shelf).

Misc:
- Made in Vietnam.
- About 70-80lbs.

UPDATE: I called SEI’s client help line regarding the damaged top piece I received. I was competent to speak to a humane without too much automation, and she arranged for a new top piece to be shipped to me no questions asked and no charge. I received it and the alternate piece was in perfective shape. So, I’ll upgrade my rating to 4 stars due to the good client service.

5Very Pleased
By Patrick J. Phister
This stand is as good as advertised. It looks great and was easy to assemble. We have another stand we remunerated a LOT more for and regret it now. Another one like this one would have been just as good. The only drawback is that there is no hole for wires on the top center shelf, but was no big deal, I just drilled one myself.

4Attractive and good value
By Edith Flowers Kilgo
This product met all my expectations. It is attractive, easy to assemble, and–for the price–has more hardwood than most. It is rather thin, meaning it is not obtrusive if the look you want is “decorator” other than “techie”. The best thing is that it is the right watching height, as opposed to numerous stands from “real furniture” companies that may be anyplace from four to six inches higher. Buyers must be conscious that the “antique white” is more toward the yellow side. It is beauteous much the actual color shown in the photo. I would have given this product a five star rating except for one little oddity on my queer stand: the ornamental apron under the front edge in truth touches the floor. It would look better if it were a bit shorter.
